About Fillout

Fillout is a form builder that writes responses straight into Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, HubSpot and similar tools, which is why ops people and no-code builders reach for it over Typeform. The Free plan is $0 forever and is one of the larger free allowances in the forms category.

What the free plan gives you

Free includes 1,000 responses a month, unlimited forms and unlimited seats, so a whole team can build and edit. File uploads are unlimited with a 20 MB per-file maximum. Most integrations are available on Free, including Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, webhooks, HubSpot, Mailchimp and 50-plus more, and all question types work. The only visible cost is a Fillout badge on your forms.

Where the free plan stops

The 1,000 monthly responses is the main ceiling, and for most small sites it is plenty. The other reasons to upgrade are removing Fillout branding and getting the features that make forms feel like your own product: custom endings, login-gated forms and custom domains sit on paid tiers. Starter costs $15 a month ($180 a year billed annually), Pro is $40 a month and Business is $75 a month.

Who it suits

Anyone who needs a form that feeds a database or CRM and can live with a small badge should start here; unlimited seats on a free plan is rare. High-volume lead capture, white-label client work or anything that needs branded domains and HIPAA-grade features should budget for Pro or Business.
