Is a paid submission the only way to be listed?+
Yes. We don't accept free submissions. Every listing starts with the one-time fee below.
What does the fee cover, and is it a subscription?+
$25 one-time, plus VAT where it applies. It covers the review of your free plan, your listing page, a detailed profile, and 7 days in Just launched. There is no subscription and no renewal.
What if you decline my tool?+
We refund the full fee to the original payment method. We only keep payment for tools we list. Once a listing is published, the fee is not refundable.
How long does the review take?+
We email you our decision within 72 hours of payment.
Will my listing rank in Google or show up in ChatGPT?+
We can't promise rankings, traffic or AI mentions for any single listing. What we can say: each listing is its own indexable page with structured data, freestack.tools appeared in Google results 19,000+ times in the last 28 days, and 4,000+ page fetches came from OpenAI, ChatGPT and Perplexity in the last 30 days (Search Console and server logs, October 2026).
Do I get a backlink or a ranking boost?+
No. A listing buys review, visibility and a detailed profile, never a followed link or a place in our rankings. Outbound links on the Site are marked as sponsored.
Which tools qualify?+
We list SaaS products run as real businesses and genuine free web tools, with a real free plan. We don't list landing pages, affiliate or lead-gen sites, free trials, adult content, gambling and betting, tobacco, alcohol and drugs, weapons, crypto trading, investment or financial advice, AI face-swap and deepfake tools, scams and get-rich-quick schemes, malware, and tools we consider unreliable or untrustworthy.
Is VAT added?+
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address. EU businesses can enter a valid VAT ID at checkout, and then no VAT is added.
