What the free plan gives you

The Free plan connects 3 social accounts and lets you hold 10 pending scheduled posts per account at any time. Once one publishes or is deleted, a slot opens up. You also get 25 saved drafts, the visual calendar, the link-in-bio page, and the media library. Published posts stay visible in Publer for 24 hours before they drop out of your history.

Where the free plan stops

X (Twitter) is not available on Free at all, a direct result of X API pricing, so if X is a core channel you will need to pay. The 10 pending post ceiling is the other wall: it is fine for posting a few times a week, but batching a month of content across three accounts will hit it quickly. Analytics and AI Assist are also missing. The Professional plan starts at $5 a month for 1 social account (extra accounts are $4 each, extra members $2), adds X, unlimited scheduled posts and permanent history. Business, from $10 a month for 1 account, adds analytics reports and unlimited AI Assist prompts.

Who it suits

Publer Free fits a solo creator or small brand with three or fewer channels who posts a handful of times a week and does not need reporting. If you manage client accounts, need X, or want to schedule weeks ahead in one sitting, the Professional plan is cheap enough that the free tier is mostly a way to try the interface.
