What the free plan gives you
You can connect 10 social accounts across 2 workspaces and publish 50 posts a month. A visual calendar, media library and analytics with UTM tracking are all included on Free, which is unusual: most rivals hold analytics back for paid tiers. Postoria supports more than 11 platforms, so those 10 accounts can be spread across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and others rather than being locked to a single network.
Where the free plan stops
Three things push people to pay. First, the 50 posts a month ceiling: with 10 accounts connected that is one post every six days per account, so daily posting across several channels will hit it in the first week. Second, there are no team members on Free, so you cannot hand a client or colleague their own login. Third, automations, recurring posts, bulk upload, the AI caption generator and API access are Pro-only. Pro costs $10 a month ($100 a year) and Agency is $25 a month ($250 a year).
Who it suits
A single person managing a few accounts with a light posting cadence gets a real scheduler with analytics for nothing, and that is a better deal than most free tiers in this category.
