About Dynep Quote

Dynep Quote (branded on-site as Service Price Lab) is a free, client-side pricing and quote calculator for local service businesses -- cleaning, painting, pressure washing, lawn care, handyman, HVAC, and roofing. You enter crew size, hours, loaded labor cost, materials, travel, overhead allocation, contingency, payment processing fees, target gross margin and planned discounts, and it computes total job cost, break-even price, minimum target price and a recommended quote, then breaks profit down by margin percentage and shows the labor/overhead/fee cost split. A built-in quote builder turns the result into a client-ready proposal with business and customer details, scope and validity window, exportable as CSV or print/PDF. All calculations run locally in the browser; the tool explicitly avoids guessing at market rates and instead works only from the costs and targets entered. There is no account, no card, no usage cap and no pricing page -- the whole tool is free.

The free plan in practice

What you can actually do on Dynep Quote's free plan (No sign-up, no card, unlimited calculations, runs entirely client-side), where it stops, and when it's worth paying.

What you can do free

  • Job cost, break-even price, target price and recommended quote calculation
  • Industry presets for cleaning, painting, pressure washing, lawn care, handyman, HVAC and roofing
  • Payment-fee and planned-discount solved directly into the quoted price
  • Cost breakdown by labor, overhead and fees
  • Client-ready quote builder with CSV export and print/PDF
  • Multi-currency support (USD, EUR, GBP, ILS, CAD, AUD)

Where it stops

  • No saved history -- inputs are not persisted across sessions
  • Business planning tool only, not accounting, tax or legal advice
  • No vendor logo asset available to display on freestack

When to upgrade to a paid plan

Stay on the free plan while you're comfortably under the free plan's limit (No sign-up, no card, unlimited calculations, runs entirely client-side). It's worth moving to a paid plan once you consistently bump into that ceiling, need to remove branding, or want features the free tier holds back. Paid plans start at Free.
